How can get a registration code?
Normally registration code is sent within 2 business days, please note that we need your CustomCalc serial number, which is shown in the welcome screen when you execute the application, as in the figure.
Please note that this CustomCalc serial number is 8 digits and a letter. Otherwise you could send us your Palm User Name so we can generate your CustomCalc registration code.

Is CustomCalc compatible with my OS5 PDA?
Yes, CustomCalc v2.0 is compatible with PDAs starting with OS2 to the latest OS6. Please note that CustomCalc v1.2 or older has some registration issues on OS5 devices.

If I change to a newer PDA, can you give me a new registration number?
Starting with CustomCalc v2.0 the registration code is only based on your Palm User Name, so if you don't change your Palm User Name, you will not need a new registration code. If you have the old CustomCalc v1.2 or older please download and install the new version 2.0 on your PDA, later you could HotSync with your new PDA, CustomCalc will be transferred to the new PDA transparently.

If I manage more than one Palm, do I need different registration codes?
Yes, CustomCalc licensee is for one PDA, if you are using two or more PDAs you will need another registration codes. Please read the next paragraph.
